Vedco ProMectin is a trusted, broad-spectrum parasiticide formulated to protect the health and productivity of your livestock and horses. Powered by ivermectin, this powerful formula effectively controls harmful internal and external parasites—including gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, lice, and mites.
A topical solution applied along the topline (from withers to tailhead) at a dose of 1 mL per 22 lb of body weight. It controls gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, grubs, biting and sucking lice, mange mites, and horn flies (for up to 28 days).
Dosage:
The dose rate is 1 mL for each 22 lb of body weight. The formulation should be applied along the topline in a narrow strip extending from the withers to the tailhead.

Administration:
Measuring Cup (250 mL, 500 mL and 1 L bottles), graduated in 5 mL increments. Each 5 mL will treat 110 lbs body weight. When body weight is between markings, use the next higher increment. Applicator Gun* available for use with gallons (3.785 L bottle). Because of the solvents used in ProMectin B Pour- On, only the ProMectin B applicator gun from Simcro Tech Limited, or equivalent, is recommended. Other applicators may exhibit compatibility problems, resulting in locking, incorrect dosage or leakage. Insert the brass end of the draw tube into the larger hole on the back side of the cap with the stem. Slide one of the coil springs over one end of the draw-off tubing. Attach that end of the draw-off tubing to the stem on the applicator gun and slide the spring up to the connection. Slide the other coil spring over the other end of the draw-off tubing and connect that end to the cap that has the stem. Slide the spring to the connection. Replace the shipping cap with the cap having the draw-off tubing and draw tube attached. Tighten this draw-off cap to the bottle. Follow the applicator gun manufacturer’s directions for priming the gun, adjusting the dose, and care of the applicator gun following use.
