Shipping
With standard UPS shipping, all Old Mill Country Store Products ship in 1 to 3 days. A complete name and address are required for all orders to ensure they are delivered on time. Carriers we use are FedEx, UPS and USPS. Delivery times for UPS are not guaranteed and are merely a guideline for delivery. Tracking information can be found on your Order Confirmation email located at the bottom of the email, just click the link. Order Status information can also be viewed by clicking the link located on your initial Order Conformation email located at the bottom of the email.We are unable to ship the following products due to safety considerations:

Return Policy
Old Mill Country Store Return Policy
We stand behind our products and we want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied with any item you purchase from OMCS, return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange of merchandise or refund of the original purchase price. We may not be able to take back some items, such as sprayers that have had chemicals in them, or power equipment with oil and fuel added, but we will do our best to work with you and the manufacturer warranties given each situation.
Purchases In-StoreIn-store purchases can be returned within 30 days from purchase date with your OMCS sales receipt. Items must be in new condition with the original undamaged packaging.
Non-Returnable Items- Animal Health Vaccine/or Injectable
- All Live Goods
- Clearance Merchandise and Special Orders
- Power Equipment.

Online Purchases (In-Store Pick Up)
If you need to return an item or items you have purchased online for in-store pickup, please bring the items back to the store you picked them up from with your receipt/invoice order (either printed or on your smart device) The items need to be in new condition with their original undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase. All credits for returns, or additional charges for exchanges, will be applied directly to the original form of payment.
Online Purchases (Shipped items)
All purchases made online and shipped to home may be returned in-store, or you may contact us and we will look at other options, including a shipping label to return the item(s). All credits for returns, or additional charges for exchanges, will be applied directly to the original form of payment. No shipping or handling fees will be credited. All merchandise must be in new condition with the original packaging. If you are returning any clothing or boots, please make sure that all the tags are included in the box. Returns must be within the 30 day return window with a receipt for a refund. Damaged or obviously used packages will not be accepted for a return/refund.
If you want to exchange an item you purchased online, you will need to contact Your Store’s manager and first return the item, and then place a new order for the exchange. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to you.
