With a Covering: 

Thoroughly cleanse the affected area.  Apply 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Cover with poultice paper or quilts then standing bandage.  12-24 hours later, remove coverings and thoroughly wash the affected area with cold water.  Repeat as necessary.

Thoroughly cleanse the affected area.  Apply 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.  After desired period, thoroughly wash the affected area with cold water.  Repeat as necessary.

Thoroughly clean the bottom of the hoof.  Apply to the bottom of the hoof and cover with kraft paper, a hoof wrap, or hoof boot.  24 hours later, remove covering, thoroughly clean the affected area and reapply as necessary.
